能否准确评价卫星城公交线网布局对高铁客流集散的能力,是判断公交线网影响高铁站效能发挥的关键问题。针对这一问题,本文首先分析了卫星城的城市特征,从多维度分析了影响公交线网对高铁客流集散能力的因素,然后基于准确性、效率性和服务性三方面构建了评价指标体系,并运用多目标格序决策方法对评价指标进行分析,选取最优备选方案。最后通过对实例中公交线网备选方案的比选,验证了该方法的合理性。

Whether it is possible to accurately evaluate the ability of public transit network planning to distribute passengers of the high-speed rail in satellite city has become the key issue in estimating the influence of the transit network on high-speed railway station effectiveness. Aimed at resolving this issue,this paper analyzes the important urban characteristics of satellite city along the high-speed rail and indexes that evaluate the ability of the transit network to distribute passengers of the high-speed rail from different perspectives. The evaluation index system was constructed considering accuracy efficiency and serviceability and the multi-objective, lattice-order decision-making method was adopted to analyze the evaluation indexes and select the best alternative. Finally, reasonability was validated through the comparison and selection of transit network alternatives.
